Costa Rica Hadar Amaz | Origem Única
Summary
Single-origin Costa Rican Arabica from the Tarrazú region, grown by Gerardo Arias Camacho on the Monte Alto farm at 1,500–1,800 m. The Catigua variety is hand-picked selectively between February and April and given a traditional Honey process, where cherries are pulped but part of the sticky fruit layer is left on the bean while it dries outdoors. In the cup it is sweet and rounded, with marzipan as the signature note alongside hazelnut, biscuit, honey, dark chocolate and a touch of papaya. Medium acidity with malic and citric tones, medium creamy body. Medium roast (City+).
