Guatemala Meissa Fgrr | Origem Única
Summary
Single-origin Guatemalan coffee from the Pampojilá farm in the Atitlán region, produced by Alex Herrera. Grown at 1,480–1,800 m.a.s.l. from 100% Caturra, selectively hand-picked and fermented whole without oxygen, then dried outdoors using the Sleeping Bag technique (Anaerobic Natural). Floral and refined in the cup: bright redcurrant, white grape, dark rose, honey and a gentle walnut note, with lively malic, citric and tartaric acidity and a medium, creamy body. Medium roast (City+).
