Summary

A limited edition coffee from Colombia, produced by Julio Andrés Quiceno at Finca Milan. The Castillo variety undergoes fruit co-fermentation where depulped beans are mixed with tropical multivitamin extract for 48 hours in sealed glass containers, then dried on African beds. Flavour notes include tropical fruit, elderflower, and citrus. Grown at 1600 meters altitude. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing methods.
