Summary

Cascara from the Hartmann family's Carmen Estate in Panama. Made from dried husks of Gesha variety coffee cherries, naturally processed and dried for 20 days. Grown at 1600 m altitude. The farmers use no chemicals on the coffee. Offers tasting notes of plums, citrus, and honey. Brews into a naturally sweet beverage resembling fruity tea with about four times less caffeine than coffee.
