Wilder Lazo-pink Bourbon-60 Hour Anaerobic Honey
Summary
Wilder Lazo is a trained veterinarian who returned to the family farm in Colombia in 2016 and rebuilt it with his brother using precision agriculture. This lot of Pink Bourbon comes from Finca La Dinastia in San Adolfo, Huila, grown at 1480-1550 meters above sea level. The coffee underwent 60 hours of anaerobic fermentation and was dried with the mucilage intact, finishing as a red honey process. Roasted light, it is described as a fruit-forward, sweet, vibrant, and clean cup.
