El Yolombo Chiroso
Summary
Single-origin coffee from Liliana Ramírez's small farm (less than a hectare, around 1,000 plants) in Anzá, Antioquia, Colombia. 100% Chiroso variety, grown at 1,850 meters, harvested January 2026. Processed the traditional way using the '3 cochadas' method: cherries are picked over three days, floated and pulped each day, then combined and washed together. The cup opens with bright passionfruit and tropical fruit, followed by light florals and lemongrass, rounding out with caramel, a syrupy and velvety body, and refreshing, crisp acidity.
