Summary
Fazenda Guariroba is a family-run farm in the Campo das Vertentes micro-region of Brazil, established in 1939. This coffee is made from the Red Catuai variety and processed using anaerobic natural method (anaerobic fermentation followed by sun drying). The harvest is hand-selected with only fully ripe, large beans (16UP grade). Flavour notes include eucalyptus, apricot, milk chocolate, and buttery biscuit. The farm has been a Cup of Excellence finalist multiple times, winning first place in the Naturals category in 2016.
