Panama Geisha from Mil Cumbres farm, produced by Mario Fonseca Imendia in the Cordillera Volcan Paraiso region of Panama. Geisha variety, natural processed. Grown at 1,600-2,000 meters above sea level. Flavour notes: mango, mandarine, orange blossom, peach, lychee. Suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.

Grind: 650 to 750 microns
- 1.Pour 40 ml in a circular manner; let the coffee bloom until 30-40 seconds. (30 s)
- 1:10Continuing in a circular manner, pour 70 ml more, reaching 110 ml.
- 2:00Still in circles, pour the next 70 ml, reaching 180 ml.
- 4.For the last pour, focus at the center until 225 ml.
Pre-wet paper filter and discard water. If drain time is outside 2:40–3:20, adjust grind size.
