Summary
This coffee is produced by the Janson Family at Los Alpes farm in Tizingal, Volcan Baru, Panama. It is a Green Tip Geisha variety, processed using the Natural method, grown at 1,600-1,700 masl. Flavour notes include mango, red grapes, melon, and skittles. This lot placed 18th at the 2024 Best of Panama auction and is roasted for filter preparation.

Grind: 650-750 µm
- 0:00Pour 40 ml in a circular manner.
- 2.Let the coffee bloom. (30 s)
- 1:10Pour 70 ml more in a circular manner until reaching 110 ml.
- 2:00Still in circles, pour the next 70 ml to make 180 ml.
- 5.For the last pour, focus at the center until reaching 225 ml.
Pre-wet the paper filter and dispose of the water. If the dripper drains slower than 2:40–3:20, adjust grind size.
