A Panama Geisha coffee from the Altieri Family's Mima Estate in Alto Quiel, Boquete, Panama. Grown at 1,850 masl and processed using RRF7 (River Flow Fermentation). Flavour notes include peach, mandarine, rambutan, and strawberry. The Altieri family are first-generation farmers who have earned top rankings at the Best of Panama competition.

Grind: 700-800 µm
- 0:00Pour 40 ml in a circular manner. Let the coffee bloom until 30-40 seconds. (30 s)
- 1:10Pour 70 ml more, until 110 ml, by 1 minute and 10 seconds.
- 2:00Pour the next 70 ml to make 180 ml within 2 minutes.
- 4.For the last pour, focus at the center until 225 ml.
If the water drains either slower than 3 minutes or faster than 2 minutes and 30 seconds, consider adjusting your grind size.
