Ethiopian coffee from Alo Village, Sidama Bensa region, produced by Tamiru Tadesse of Alo Coffee Export. Grown at 2,350 masl, this variety 74158 coffee undergoes a Dry Fermentation Washed process. It offers a flavour profile of peach, lychee, papaya, cantaloupe, and white grapes. The coffee comes from smallholder farmers in the Alo Village area and is part of Archers' curated lot series.

Grind: 700 to 800 microns
- 0:00Pour 40 ml in a circular manner and let the coffee bloom. (30 s)
- 1:10Continuing in a circular manner, pour 70 ml more, until 110 ml total.
- 2:00Still in circles, pour the next 70 ml to make 180 ml total.
- 4.For the last pour, focus at the center until 225 ml total.
Pre-wet the paper filter before adding coffee. Adjust grind size if drain time is faster than 2:30 or slower than 3:00.
