Colombia La Viña
Summary
Single-origin naturally processed coffee from William Sepulveda's La Viña farm in the Pueblo Bello municipality of northern Colombia, grown at around 1600 metres above sea level. The F6 variety coffee offers a malty, well-rounded sweetness and creamy fruitiness with tasting notes of drumstick lolly, malt and cocoa. It is versatile, recommended both as a pour over (around 1:15 ratio) and as an espresso or flat white. William is a third-generation coffee farmer focused on producing great naturally processed coffee.
