Brazil Santos is a specialty coffee from Minas Gerais, Brazil, made up of Bourbon and Catuai varietals, naturally processed and grown at around 1200m altitude. It offers tasting notes of floral, milk chocolate and vanilla, with a milder acidity and prevalence of chocolate, cocoa, nut and vanilla flavours. It is versatile and can be brewed with any method; a finer grind brings out nutty, treacle notes while a coarser grind highlights vanilla sweetness and a light floral finish.
