A decaffeinated coffee from Planadas, Tolima, Colombia, produced by 175 smallholder farmers under the El Indio program of ASOPEP. Caturra variety, decaffeinated using the Sugar Cane EA method. Flavour notes of toasted caramel, praline and lime. Clean, balanced and sweet, suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
