Summary

Daanisa is a specialty coffee from the Guji region of Ethiopia, produced by a selection of 44 farmers growing exceptional quality coffee. It features the 74112 variety and is processed using the natural (dry) method, where cherries are floated in water, spread on raised drying beds, and regularly turned. The coffee presents a clean washed Ethiopian flavor profile with persistent sweetness of candied orange, finishing with floral and tea notes. Light roast suitable for both espresso and filter preparation.
