Cascara Coffee Roastery

Cascara Coffee Roastery is a specialty coffee brand named after the dried coffee cherry fruit — that much is clear from the name. Their website (cascaracoffee.ro) shares almost nothing else: no location, no story, no roast style, no team, no shop. The .ro domain suggests a Romanian footprint, but without actual content about where they're based, what they roast, or how they source, there's very little to go on. A curious coffee drinker would need to reach out directly or follow them on social media to learn whether they're a micro-roaster, a side project, or something more. The name itself is promising — but the details remain a mystery for now.
