Meron

Meron is a specialty coffee roaster and cafe chain based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, proudly roasting in Transylvania. They work directly with family farms to source single-origin beans from Rwanda, Ethiopia, Brazil, and beyond, rotating origins at least once a month to keep things fresh. Their philosophy, rooted in the Greek word for 'days,' is about savoring the present moment—one great cup at a time. Beyond roasting, Meron runs espresso bars and a bakery, with baristas who've earned national titles in latte art and cup tasting. Whether you're visiting their shops or brewing at home, they're on a mission to make specialty coffee feel approachable and joyful.
