Burundi
Summary
A single-origin coffee from Burundi's Kayanza region, processed at the Nemba washing station. The Red Bourbon variety undergoes yeast fermentation followed by natural drying, resulting in a vibrant and complex cup with notes of strawberry, pomegranate, cherry-cola sweetness, and chocolate depth. Roasted on an omni profile, it performs well both as espresso and filter.
