Brazil · Colombia (natural)
Summary
A blend of Brazilian and Colombian coffees. The Brazilian component from Cerrado, Minas Gerais, at 1000m, with Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Catuaí varieties, natural processed, provides a full, chocolatey, nutty base. The Colombian component from Risaralda, at 1600-1900m, with Caturra and Typica varieties, washed processed, adds citrusy brightness and a cleaner finish. Roasted for espresso, it offers a creamy, balanced cup with cocoa, hazelnut, and citrus notes.
