Legacy is a blend of two single-origin components. 50% washed Bourbon from Manuel Patilla Carrasco's Finca Limonniyoc in the Valle Inca Association, Cusco, Peru, grown at 1,800 metres above sea level with a 32-hour fermentation. 50% washed coffee from the Raro Boda washing station in Uraga, Guji, Ethiopia, composed of Wolisho, Dega, Kurume, 74110 and 74112 varieties, fermented under water for 48 hours. The flavour profile features baking spice, toffee and jammy forest fruits. Roasted for all brewing methods.
