Bright is a specialty instant coffee from Workshop Coffee, made from the Legacy blend combining a washed Bourbon from Manuel Patilla Carrasco's Finca Limonniyoc in Cusco, Peru (grown at 1,800m), and Wolisho, Dega, Kurume, 74110 and 74112 varieties from the Raro Boda washing station in Guji, Ethiopia. The Peru component is washed with 32-hour fermentation, while the Ethiopia component is depulped, fermented for 48 hours, and sun-dried on raised beds. Flavour notes include baking spice, toffee, and jammy fruit. Presented in a 60g jar providing approximately 20 servings.
