Rumudamo is a coffee from the Sidama region of Ethiopia, produced by Asefa Dukamo and Daye Bensa. The coffee is predominantly made up of JARC variety 74112 with some local landraces. It is washed processed: hand-picked cherries are de-pulped, wet fermented for 48-72 hours, washed, and dried on African raised beds for 8-12 days. The Rumudamo washing station sits above 2200masl. The coffee presents a very pure, clean, and floral profile with notes of jasmine, mandarin, and blueberry.
