Thomson's Coffee is a Glasgow-based Scottish specialty coffee roaster with roots stretching back to 1841. Nearly two centuries on, they're still roasting everything from iconic house blends to rare single origins with precision in Glasgow. Monthly rotating coffees land through their subscription service, and their beans pour in their own shops across Scotland. The philosophy is human-centred—putting people first, from grower to cup. Expect proper tasting notes: Black Tea, Apple, Blackcurrant on the Pedro Moreno, or Strawberry, Panela, Lime on the Sweet Valley. They've been named Best Roaster UK 2026.
