Grown from the Bourbon variety, this coffee offers a flavour profile of raisin, milk chocolate and vanilla. The Full Bloom lot is an elegant fully natural coffee where cherries are dried on the tree then transferred to patio, finished in the dryer for consistent moisture content, resulting in a full-bodied cup with clean caramel-fruity finish.
