The Underdog

The Underdog is an Athens specialty coffee brand and roaster with, fittingly, a bit of a chip on its shoulder — the whole ethos is an 'underdog mindset': stay curious, uncompromising and authentic. Founded in 2015, it grew out of a real, working café in Thissio rather than a business plan, and has since built a compact, city-friendly format it now expands through a franchise/satellite model. Behind it sits their own roastery, plus wholesale for other venues.
