Girl Pirate Rum
Summary
A specialty coffee from Colombia's Huila region, produced by Jhoan Vergara of the Las Flores farm. The Chiroso variety was grown at 1750 meters above sea level. This experimental coffee was first processed using the washed method and then aged in Caribbean rum barrels (infusion fermentation), allowing the beans to naturally absorb rum and oak aromas. It offers a complex profile with higher acidity, notes of tropical Caribbean rum, creamy coconut, warm spices, and a sweet finish of chocolate pralines. Suitable for both filter and espresso preparation (omniroast).
