Summary
A decaffeinated coffee from Colombia's Huila region, produced from Castillo, Colombia, and Caturra varieties grown at 1,400-2,000m. Washed processed and decaffeinated using the Sugar Cane EA (Ethyl Acetate) method, which gently removes caffeine while preserving flavour. Roasted by The Naughty Dog as an omniroast suitable for both filter and espresso. The flavour profile features bright lemon acidity, caramel sweetness, pistachio and marzipan notes, with a dark bitter chocolate finish.
