This decaffeinated specialty coffee from El Diviso farm in Huila, Colombia, is produced by farmer Nestor Lasso. The Pink Bourbon variety is grown at 1,750-1,850 meters above sea level. The processing combines anaerobic fermentation with the washed method. The flavor profile features gummy bears, raspberry PEZ candies, milk chocolate, and tropical fruit with a creamy finish. Roasted for filter preparation with a light to medium light roast level.
