Peachy Tea is a coffee from Finca La Luisa in Ciudad Bolivar, Antioquia, Colombia, produced by the Vélez Family. The variety is Caturra, grown at 1600-1800 masl. Processed using Honey Carbonic Maceration with peach: whole cherries undergo a 5-day carbonic maceration in pressurized stainless steel tanks, then depulped cherries are fermented for another 3 days with the extracted juice and fresh peach. Flavours include peach, apricot jam, fruit candy, and honey. This is an omni roast suitable for both filter and espresso.
