
Colombia Red Bourbon Huila – Las Flores
Summary
Single-origin specialty coffee from Finca Las Flores in the Huila region of Colombia. Grown at 1750 meters above sea level, this Red Bourbon variety is washed processed and lightly roasted. The cup offers melon, peach, apricot, vanilla, red fruits, ripe citrus, honey, cane sugar, red wine, plum and mango, with high sweetness, balanced acidity and an elegant, juicy body.

Grind: medium-coarse
- 1.Rinse paper filter thoroughly with hot water.
- 2.Add 30 g of coffee.
- 3.Start with 80 g of water and leave for 30 seconds. (30 s)
- 4.Then pour water slowly in several equal portions until reaching 500 g.
- 5.Let the coffee drip through freely.

Grind: medium
- 1.Rinse filter with hot water.
- 2.Add 18 g of freshly ground coffee.
- 3.Pour 50 g of water and leave for 30-40 seconds (bloom). (30 s)
- 4.Pour water slowly in 3-4 portions, keeping an even water level.
- 5.Let the coffee drain quietly.

- 1.Put on paper filter and rinse with hot water.
- 2.Add 15 g of freshly ground coffee.
- 3.Pour 150 g of water at 92°C.
- 4.Stir gently 2-3 times.
- 1:45Attach the plunger and wait until 1:45.
- 6.Press slowly for about 30-40 seconds. (30 s)
