Summary
Colombia El Mirador Co-fermented is a specialty coffee from producer Elkin Guzman's El Mirador farm in the Huila region of Colombia. This light-roasted Catiope variety is processed with the Nectar Tropical Washed co-fermented method. The cup is creamy and exotic with lychee, mango, passion fruit, carambola, yogurt and tropical milkshake flavours, juicy tropical acidity and very high sweetness.

- 1.Rinse the filter.
- 2.Add 30 g of coffee.
- 3.Bloom with 60 g of water for 45 seconds. (45 s)
- 4.Pour up to 250 g.
- 5.Then up to 400 g.
- 6.Finally up to 500 g.
Pour over

Grind: medium
- 1.Rinse the filter with hot water.
- 2.Add 18 g of freshly ground coffee.
- 3.Pour 50 g of water and wait 30-40 seconds. (30 s)
- 4.Pour up to 150 g.
- 5.Then up to 225 g.
- 6.Finally up to 300 g.
AeroPress

Grind: medium-fine
- 1.Add 15 g of coffee.
- 2.Pour 250 g of water.
- 3.Stir 3-4 times.
- 4.Attach the plunger.
- 1:45After 1:45, begin pressing slowly.
- 2:30Finish around 2:30.
French press

Grind: coarse
- 1.Add coffee to the French press.
- 2.Pour all the water over the coffee.
- 0:30Stir gently after 30 seconds.
- 4:00After 4 minutes, skim the foam from the surface.
- 5.Wait an additional 4-5 minutes.
- 6.Slowly pour into a cup.
