Processed using the Ethyl Acetate (E.A.) method, where caffeine is extracted with a sugar cane-water solution, enhancing sweetness while retaining flavour. Varieties include Caturra, Variedad Colombia, and Castillo. Tasting notes of buttery, caramel, and milk chocolate.
