Summary

A half-caffeine blend of two naturally processed Brazilian coffees from Minas Gerais state. The first component is Aequitas Decaf, a Red Catuaí lot from Yuki Minami's Fazenda Olhos d'Agua in Cerrado, decaffeinated using ethyl acetate. The second is Sitio da Torre Obatã from Álvaro Coli in Mantiqueira de Minas. Both are lightly roasted with a filter profile, offering flavour notes of fig, chocolate, and hazelnut.
