A Colombian coffee from the Huila region, produced by Jhonatan Gasca at Bella Vista, Bruselas, Huila. The coffee is of the Colombia variety, processed using an Extended Natural method involving whole-cherry oxidation, extended fermentation, and slow natural drying on raised beds. The flavour profile is described as boozy, with overripe peach and fudge notes. Roasted with an omni profile suitable for both filter and espresso.
