A washed heirloom coffee from the Mancity farm in Odo Shakiso, Guji, Ethiopia, grown at 1,900–2,250 meters by producer Dimtu. Handpicked, fermented for 24 hours, and slow-dried on raised beds. Expect a clean, refined cup with bright citric notes, delicate fruits, subtle milk chocolate, a silky body, and a crisp finish.
