Summary
Raspberry Kiss is a natural-process Grade 1 Ethiopian heirloom coffee from smallholders around Konga in the Gedeo Zone of southern Ethiopia, grown at 1,900–2,100 masl. The cherries are slow-dried on raised beds, producing a syrupy, fruit-forward cup. Imported by Cofinet. Roasted medium-light, it offers notes of raspberry, rhubarb, dark currants and Irish cream. Designed for espresso but also suited to filter.
