A washed Ethiopian coffee from the Keramo Adara Washing Station in Bensa, Sidama, Ethiopia. Produced by Daye Bensa in collaboration with about 1,500 smallholder farmers. Grown at 2,400 meters above sea level using varieties 74/158, 74/100, and Setami. Washed processing with 72-hour fermentation and drying on raised beds. Flavour profile features floral aromas of jasmine and passion fruit, juicy sweetness of peach, and a silky body with notes of caramel and earl grey tea.
