Grown at 2,400 meters above sea level using varieties 74/158, 74/100, and Setami. Washed processing with 72-hour fermentation and drying on raised beds. Flavour profile features floral aromas of jasmine and passion fruit, juicy sweetness of peach, and a silky body with notes of caramel and earl grey tea.
