Keramo Natural is a specialty coffee from the Bensa region of Sidama, Ethiopia, produced by Daye Bensa in partnership with smallholder outgrower farmers around the Keramo Adara Washing Station. The coffee is grown at 2,400 meters above sea level and features varieties 74/158, 74/100, and Setami. It undergoes natural processing, dried on raised beds. The cup profile offers bright aromas of lavender and passion fruit, a round crisp sweetness of strawberry and lime, and a boozy body with notes of rum and earl grey tea.
