Fontana is a Brazilian coffee from Ellen Fontana's farm, Fazenda Fronteiras, in Socorro, São Paulo. It features Yellow Catuai, Mundo Novo, Obata and Yellow Bourbon varieties, processed as Natural. The coffee offers flavour notes of nuts, raisin, marshmallow and milk chocolate with a creamy, comforting profile. Ellen Fontana is a fifth-generation coffee grower who uses agroforestry and regenerative farming practices with minimal interference on her 100-hectare farm. This coffee placed second in the 2024 regional championships and marks her first export to Europe.
