Danche 2nd Selection Ethiopian Landrace - Washed

Summary

Washed Ethiopian coffee from the Danche washing station in Gedeb, Gedeo, operated by Neguesse Debela. Grown at 2,200 masl from Ethiopian Landrace varieties, harvested December 2025. Cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness, floated, held in-cherry for 12 hours in shade, de-pulped and cleaned, dry-fermented in plastic barrels for 12 hours, wet-fermented a further 12 hours, hand-washed to remove mucilage only, then dried in shade to about 10% moisture.
