Demeka Becha Ethiopian Landrace - Washed
Summary
This washed Ethiopian coffee comes from the Demeka Becha washing station in Bona Zuria, Sidama, managed by Ayele Tulu and family. It is sourced from nearly 10,000 smallholder producers in surrounding communities. The coffee is an Ethiopian Landrace variety, grown at 2,200 meters above sea level. Processed with careful hand-picking, floating, de-pulping, and a 36-hour underwater fermentation, then dried on raised beds for 10-14 days. Known for its high quality, this lot is among the roaster's highest-scoring selections from Sidama.
