It is sourced from nearly 10,000 smallholder producers in surrounding communities. The coffee is an Ethiopian Landrace variety, grown at 2,200 meters above sea level. Processed with careful hand-picking, floating, de-pulping, and a 36-hour underwater fermentation, then dried on raised beds for 10-14 days. Known for its high quality, this lot is among the roaster's highest-scoring selections from Sidama.
