Summary
This coffee was produced from cherries grown by Boneya Robe on a small 2-hectare garden in the Gedeb region of Gedeo, Ethiopia, at an extreme altitude of 2,450 meters. It is a washed processed Ethiopian Landrace variety. The meticulous processing includes hand-picking above 20 Brix, floating, 12 hours in-cherry rest, dry and wet fermentation, hand-washing to remove mucilage only, and shade drying. This is the first year this lot was fully separated from Boneya Robe's farm.
