Summary
LAX is an espresso blend of 50% Brazilian and 50% Ethiopian coffees. The Brazilian part from San Coffee cooperative in Campo das Vertentes, Minas Gerais (900-1200 masl) includes Bourbon, Catuai and Mundo Novo varieties; the Ethiopian part from smallholders at Bensa washing station in Sidama (1900-2300 masl) uses local heirloom varieties. Processed as natural and washed. Flavour profile: citrus, sweet and tropical with spritzy acidity, notes of fresh lemon, mango and pineapple, creamy body.
