Summary
A washed Ethiopian coffee from the Guji region, sourced from the Sewda Wet Mill (owned by Testi Trading PLC). The washed process involves careful sorting, floating, pulping, 26-32 hours of fermentation, washing, and drying on raised beds for 10-14 days. The cup profile is an elevated classic washed Ethiopian coffee with notes of rose hips, iced tea, and bergamot.
