The Kii AA is a washed coffee from Kirinyaga, Kenya, produced by smallholder farmers of the Rungeto Farmers Cooperative Society. The coffee is grown at 1700-1900 masl on the slopes of Mount Kenya. Varieties include SL28, SL34, and Ruiru-11. The beans are processed using the washed method at Kii Factory, one of three mills owned by the cooperative. Tasting notes include blackcurrant, orange blossom, and golden syrup.
