Single origin coffee from Guatemala, grown by Marvin Carias at Finca Las Brisas in the New Oriente region of Jalapa at 1,700 meters altitude. Varieties: Pache and Catuai. Washed processing with 12-hour fermentation and sun drying. Flavor profile includes chocolate, cashew, hazelnut, brown sugar, nougat, nut-chocolate, marzipan, coffee cherry, chestnut honey sweetness, subtle apple acidity, and caramel nut finish. Full-bodied, dense, and soft mouthfeel. Very balanced and full-bodied.
