BLACK PEARL is a specialty blend from Roastopus, consisting of 50% Ethiopia Lalisaa from Sidamo (Bona Zuria) produced by Samuel Tunisisa at 2380m elevation, and 50% Colombia El Rubí from Planadas, Tolima produced by the El Rubí producer group at 1800-2000m elevation. The Ethiopian component is dry/natural processed with local heirloom varieties, while the Colombian component is wet/washed processed with Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia varieties. Flavour notes include redcurrant, peach, and blood orange. Roasted light for espresso.
