Caturra Washed

Summary

A washed Caturra coffee from Duverney Arias, grown on his family farm in Sonson, Colombia, at 1760 meters above sea level. The farm has been worked by his grandfather for over 70 years. Processed in small batches: depulped, fermented for seven days, washed, and sun-dried for two to three weeks. The cup is sweet with floral notes and a smooth touch of white chocolate, with flavors of chocolate, citrus, and caramel. Body is smooth and crisp.
