Summary

A microlot coffee from Fany Rosero's family farm in Samaniego, Nariño, Colombia. Grown at 1600 meters above sea level, this washed Arabica blend includes Bourbon, Catuai, Supremo, and Geisha varieties. The cup is floral and fruity with notes of red apple, orange zest, and honeysuckle blossom. Hand-picked and processed with a 24-hour cherry rest before pulping, followed by a gentle washed process with short fermentation and slow shade drying. Light roasted for filter brewing.
