Maracaturra Microlot - Filterkaffee
Summary
A washed microlot coffee from producer Teresa Burbano, grown on Finca Toldopamba in Buesaco, Nariño, Colombia at 1,800 meters above sea level. The Maracaturra variety yields a complex cup with notes of mirabelle plum, floral accents, and sweet lime. Roasted light, it is recommended for filter brewing but also works as a fruity and adventurous espresso. 100% Arabica, single estate, hand-picked, and freshly roasted in Switzerland.
